The RISKREAL project brings together a consortium of seven partners from four different European countries, each representing a variety of sectors including training and education, industry and innovation, and end-user representation. This multidisciplinary collaboration is united by a shared commitment to develop and deliver targeted tools for the assessment and training of essential human and psychosocial skills required in low-skilled or risk-prone industrial jobs, such as those in the wind energy sector or similar technical fields where occupational risks and high-stress environments are common.
Recognising a gap in current vocational training models, RISKREAL aims to complement and enhance traditional technical training by integrating a strong psychosocial component. The project’s ultimate goal is to strengthen the competitiveness of companies—improving productivity, product and service quality, and even the organisational climate—while also increasing the employability, resilience, and quality of life of workers operating in these demanding roles.
To achieve these outcomes, RISKREAL is developing a set of innovative, interactive learning and assessment tools:
Together, these tools will provide a comprehensive and flexible training pathway, tailored not only to the technical aspects of industrial work but also to the human and psychological readiness needed to perform effectively and safely in high-risk job contexts. Through this approach, RISKREAL supports a more inclusive, prepared, and sustainable workforce that can respond to the evolving demands of modern industry.
